Return & Refund Policy

You may return or exchange your order within 14 days of receipt. The items must be in perfect and unused condition and should be returned in their original packaging. Please note that personalized items are excluded from exchanges and returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Instructions:

  1. Contact us via email at shop@mindphart.com and provide the invoice of your order. You will receive a return form within 72 hours.
  2. Fill out the return form and make a note of the return number provided.
  3. Pack the items you wish to return in their original packaging and include the filled-out return form.
  4. Ship the package using a shipping service of your choice to the following address:

  5. For defective or incorrect items, customers should return the item using their local postal service. We will reimburse the return shipping cost up to the amount originally paid for shipping at the time of purchase. A shipping receipt must be provided for the reimbursement to be processed. Please choose the most economical shipping option available.
  6. Refunds for return shipping and the item will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods and verify their condition.

We recommend using insured shipping, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Right of Withdrawal

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To withdraw from the contract, you must notify MINDPHART OG with a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email to shop@mindphart.com) about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the deadline, your withdrawal notice must be sent before the 14-day period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a different type of delivery than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  1. Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
  2. Contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their sealing has been removed after delivery.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products customized to your specifications, including personalized decks.
